wires or equipment can be damaged only after their disconnection from electric
power source; in this case all measures shall be taken to prevent accidental voltage
availability there;
• works, which may result in damages of the hidden sanitary-engineering pipelines,
should be performed with shut off pipelines;
• during works with the machine watch out that drilling bit could not skew in borehole;
• do not overload the motor of the machine;
• when working overhead, make sure that concrete or brickwork pieces do not
damage surrounding people when falling;
•
upon completion of works, the machine shall be cleaned from dust and dirt;
• store the electric tool in dry room, far from the reach of children and outsiders.
Storage temperature shall be from - 15°С to + 40°С. When you transfer hammer drill
from the cold to warm room, it is necessary to warm it during at least during 2 hours.
After that you can connect the electric tool to mains.
It is prohibited to:
1. Operate the machine if front handle is not installed.
2. Operate and store the machine in premises with explosive or chemically aggressive
media that corrode metals and insulation.
3. Operate the machine under conditions of drops and spatters influence, in open
areas in the rain or snowfall.
4. Leave unsupervised machine connected to electric mains.
5. Use the machine while standing on free-standing ladders.
6. To operate the machine if at least one of the following failures takes place:
•
damage of the plug or power cord;
• faulty power button or its fuzzy operation;
• brushes sparkling on collector accompanied with ring fire on its surface;
• lubricant leaks from gear unit;
• speed of rotation drops to abnormal level;
•
motor body overheats;
• smoke or smell characteristic for insulation ignition;
• breakage or cracks appearance in body parts or front handle;
• replaceable tool damage or blunting.
Keep the product in good repair. In case of failure or when smell appeared
characteristic for burnt insulation, loud knocks, noise, sparks, you shall
immediately stop works and call to service centre.
This Manual does not cover all situations that can occur in real conditions of
hammer drill operation. Therefore, you must keep common sense and be very
attentive and careful during the operation of this machine.
