OperatOr’s Guide
Operator Codes
This section of programming allows you to add and delete operator codes. This entry consists of three parts: the
operator name or initials, code, and access level. A maximum of ten operators is allowed. The default operator
is operator number 1, and the code is
NEW
with level 9 access. The table below shows the different functions
available to the different code levels:

Note
: Record all Operator Codes in the Important Information table contained in the Appendix of the guide. Any
operator name additions, deletions, or changes in access level print to the Activity Log.

OPERATOR CODES?
Operator Codes
Press any top row Select key to add, delete, or change the operator codes. Press the
COMMAND key to advance to the next programming section.

Add, Delete, or Change
Press the Select key under
ADD
to add a new operator. Press the Select key under DEL
to delete an operator. Press the Select key under CHG to change an operator.
Note:
Select CHG to view the current operator information.

Number
The Operator No: xx displays. You must press any top row Select key to enter or
change the operator number. Enter the operator number, 1 through 10, you are adding,
deleting, or changing. Press the COMMAND key.

DELETED
If you selected DEL in the previous display, the message XX Deleted displays. XX
represents the operator number.
ENTER NAME
NAME: XXXX
Enter Name
Press any top row Select key to enter a new operator name. Enter the operator name
or initials, maximum of 4 alphanumeric characters. Press the COMMAND key to accept
the operator name.
ENTER OPERATOR
CODE: XXXXXXXX
Enter Operator Code
Press any top row Select key to enter a new operator code. Enter the operator code up
between three and eight alphanumeric characters. Press the Back Arrow key to delete
unwanted characters. Press the COMMAND key to accept the new code.
Note:
User 1 default operator code is: Name “NEW”; Code “NEW”.
User 2 default operator code is: Name “D F L T”; Code “99”.

from 1 to 9. Press the COMMAND key.

This message displays when an operator is successfully added or changed.
