4.1 Troubleshooting Action List

Check the connection between control box and print
head
Adjust to higher pressure between rubber wheel and
pressure roller by relocating the adjusting wedge.
Heat the ink roll enough.
Install a new ink roll.
Install new type.
Increase the temperature setting.
Repair the temperature controller, heater, heating
cartridge, heating tube.
Clean all printing elements.
Adjust to lower print head pressure.
Decrease the temperature setting.
Repair the temperature controller, heater, heating
probe, heating tube.
Tight the tension of the belt wheel. Tight the screw in
the main shaft.
Adjust to get the stable print signals.
Check the power supply
Check the heating tube
It is normal
