8.6.6 Blocking of the chair when collision with barrier
Sometimes it may come to a chair emergency stop:
1. If any object presses against the chair's safety switch as the chair is lowered, the chair motion will be reversed
automatically to prevent a damage and a warning sound signal will sound (three beeps).
2. The chair motion will stop as soon as the safety element is released. If the safety element remains pressed, the
chair motion, accompanied by a warning sound signal (beeps), will continue for 2-3 seconds.
3. If any object presses against the chair's safety switch as the backrest is lowered, the backrest motion will first
interrupt and then reversed automatically to prevent damage and a warning sound signal will sound (three
beeps).
4. The backrest motion will stop as soon as the safety element is released. If the safety element remains pressed,
the chair motion, accompanied by a warning sound signal (beeps), will continue for 2-3 seconds.
Warnings
•
Take care, that no object gets stuck between chair seat and backrest, as it may result in damage
•
While any of handpieces is active, the chair is blocked against any accidental movement, caused by
unintentional key-press on foot controller or control panel
•
After pulling out the rotating bowl from its the base position, the movement of the chair is blocked.
8.7 Headrest manual adjustment
Manually-adjustable anatomically-designed headrest allows the fixation of the patient's head in the desired convenient
position for the treatment. To adjust to the desired height, pull the headrest up or push it down until it is in the desired
position. To adjust its angle, release the adjustment lever (located on the back of the headrest). Use the lever again to
fix the position when the desired angle is reached.
When working with patients, we recommend the use of an external protective gaiter to the headrest.
Protective gaiter protects the upholstery from damage with hair preparates.
When you have finished your work, it is recommended to loosen the clamp, located at the back of the
headrest.
8.8 Right side armrest position adjustment
Right side armrests for additional patient's comfort are available upon request.
Armrest has two adjustments:
•
-tilting forward (move no.1)
•
-tilting down (move no.2)
