Appendix D
Dial Plan Applications

This appendix details the applications available for configuring the dial
plan. The dial plan is customized in the extensions.conf file which is
created during the initial installation of Asterisk. This file controls how all
calls are handled and routed. To change any of the following options, edit
the extensions.conf file, saving the file upon completion. The following
defines each feature:

AgentCallbackLogin

Call agent callback login

AgentLogin

Call agent login

AGI

Executes an AGI compliant application

Answer

Answer a channel if ringing

Authenticate

Authenticate a user

Play a file while awaiting extension
