Digital I/O status can be read either with a polling request to the AITP, or activating the I/O trigger on
the desired input and front. In this case the AITP spontaneously send a message to the application
when the required change is detected on the Special Input.
Analog Input values can be read only by polling.
Power
The upper part of the panel is used to monitor the Main Power supply, as the internal read of the
MCU, and the battery charger activity.
The battery charge tension is measured without any load, so is higher than the actual one.
After a programmed time that the Main Power supply is lost, and so the Low Power status is declared
and readable by the applications using the ILOPOW input, the AITP will automatically start the
Windows Shutting Down procedure, as if the Power Off would have been pressed. If battery charge is
low, the AITP will start immediately the Shutdown procedure, without waiting the time programmed
in the Power down Delay box.
Stealth Mode
It’s possible to leave GPS and/or GSM powered even when MCU has been switched off.
