PCI settings for M which enable slot position configuration (slot0, slot1 and slot2 positions)
4.3.7.1 PCI_IDSEL resistor jumpers
Only one of these resistor should be populated to select IDSEL line.
R107: IDSEL0 (usually PCI AD_20 line)
R111: IDSEL1 (usually PCI AD_20 line)
R115: IDSEL2 (usually PCI AD_20 line)
R119: IDSEL3 (usually PCI AD_20 line)
4.3.7.2 PCI Clock select resistor jumpers
Only one of these resistors should be populated to select PCI clock line.
