Bandwidth File Server

The DEL8X is not only used to boost bandwidth for work groups, but also to enhance
network throughput when accessing high

²volume file servers. The DEL8X provides

parallel communications between each of its ports, which can run up to 200 Mb/s in full

²

duplex mode. It makes key servers (or other heavily used network devices) available to
more users by allowing multiple conversations to occur concurrently, thereby significantly
expanding overall throughput. The DEL8X also helps you to centralize multiple servers in
a single location, easing supervision and maintenance (see the following figure).
