If any port displays a high collision rate, check to see if any of the connected
devices are malfunctioning or if a loop has been formed in your network
connections. Otherwise, you may need to reconfigure your network to balance the
traffic load.

Port Speed (100TX)
All DEL8X ports can operate at either 10 Mb/s or 100 Mb/s. Network access speed is
automatically sensed by the system and displayed by this LED (see the following table):

The DEL8X can detect transmission speed even if the attached device does not
support autonegotiation.

The following table describes the transmit and receive status LEDs when traffic is
traversing the port:
