9. Technical Support
Locate the Digital Antenna Inc. serial number on the DA4000SBR unit before calling.
The serial number is located on the bottom of the DA4000SBR unit. The DA4000SBR
serial number must be available to authorize technical support and/or establish a return
authorization. For installation technical support contact your dealer. For system warranty
issues contact Digital Antenna Technical Support between the hours of 9:00 AM and
5:00 PM EST, at 954-747-7022 or e-mail [email protected]. The
DA4000SBR system must be used with Digital Antenna authorized equipment. The
technical support team will only support Digital Antenna authorized equipment. Contact
your dealer for installation questions.
