It is recommended to use hard disks with external power supply,
as the USB port of the receiver alone cannot guarantee a correct
power supply: risk of damage to the disk and/or the receiver!
The receiver is compatible only with USB memory devices
formatted with FAT32 File System.
The detection speed of the connected memories depends on the
technical characteristics of the memories themselves.
Compatibility with all USB memory devices on the market is not
guaranteed. The manufacturer is not in any way responsible for
any damage or loss of data.
On the occasion of the first connection of a USB memory or after
every fomtation of the same, the receiver will create a folder called
ALIDVRS2
that will be used as recording archive.
Disc Removal
For a safe removal of the memory, in order to avoid damage to the
files
or devices involved, we recommend disconnecting the USB
memory only through the appropriate function of the menu
Tools >
Remove USB device Safely.
WARNING
Never disconnect the USB memory during media playback,
recording, formatting or a recording timer event - risk of
irreversible damage to the devices involved. The decoder will no
longer recognize the memory.
To support the video recording function, the connected USB
memory must have a free memory capacity according to your
recording needs.
