4 - Automatic upgrade Setting
In this menu you can set both the software update and the
automatic update of the channel list.
The first part of the window concerns the software update settings.
NOTE:
it is recommended to leave the settings on the decoder.
- In Standby mode:
to activate or not the automatic update when
the decoder is in standby.
- In operation mode:
to activate or not the automatic update when
the decoder is switched on.
- Time:
you can choose at what time the update should take place.
- Repeatition:
daily or weekly.
The second part of the window concerns the automatic updating of
the channel list:
- In Standby mode:
the decoder can search for new channels
automatically (
On
) when in standby mode.
- In operation mode:
when the receiver is switched on, it can
automatically search for new channels: select
On
.
You can set the time and repeat search (daily or weekly).
5 - Software upgrade by USB
You can update the decoder via USB if the update file was loaded
onto a USB memory and then connected to the decoder. Enter this
menu with the
OK
key. Navigate to
Start
and press
OK
to start the
update.
NOTE:
the menu will only be active if a USB memory has been
connected. Do not turn off the STB during the update procedure.
Wait for the channel to return to viewing.
6 - Remove USB device safely
To remove the connected USB memory.

– Upgrade by Network
Allows you to update the box via the internet. Connect the Lan
cable to the receiver. All the data required to perform the FTP
update are already entered in the screen: just move with the
▼
key
to
Start
and press the
OK
key to start the procedure.
