6.0 Servo installa on and connec on
Servo connec1on cables should always be kept as short as possible to avoid interference.
With long servo cables, always use twisted connec1on cables with a cross-sec1on of at least 0.35 mm² to minimize interference.
Always lay the servo cables separately from other cables to avoid interference.
Always make sure that the voltage source used can provide sufficient current (A).
A switching power supply is be2er suited for this purpose than an "old" AC transformer.
Never twist the servo by hand. This can cause damage to the gearbox of the servo.
The servo lever should always be mounted in the middle posi1on of the servo. Observe point 3.2 of this manual.
Always ensure that the servo has sufficient freedom of movement during installa1on to avoid damage.
When screwing on the servo lever, make sure that the servo is not twisted to avoid damage to the gear unit.
When adjus1ng the servo posi1ons, ensure that the actua1ng parts have sufficient freedom of movement to avoid damage.
