Bei Motoren mit aufgebautem Frequenzumrichter ist die
Betriebsanleitung des Frequenzumrichter-Herstellers zu beachten.
•
Motor entsprechend dem im Klemmenkasten beigelegten Schaltbild
anschließen. Ggf. Rücksprache mit Dietz-motoren halten
•
Netzzuleitung sorgfältig mit dem im Abschnitt „Anschluss“
angegebenen Drehmoment festziehen
•
der Klemmenkasteninnenraum muss trocken-, schmutz- und
staubfrei sein
•
nicht verwendete Einführungsöffnungen oder Einschraubgewinde
müssen entsprechend der Schutzart verschlossen werden
9. Stillstandsheizung (optional)
Die Stillstandsheizung darf nur bei abgeschaltetem Motor
betrieben werden:
•
Abschnitt „Anschluss“ beachten
•
nach beiliegendem Schaltbild anschließen
10. Motorschutz (optional)
Der Motorschutz muss vor der Inbetriebnahme des Motors angeschlossen
werden. Der Motor muss vor Überhitzung geschützt werden.
Die Überhitzung kann z.B. durch Blockierung, Überlastung,
unzureichende Belüftung oder Zweiphasenlauf verursacht werden.
Angaben auf dem Leistungsschild (Beispiel):
•
3 BIMET. 150°C
•
3 KALTL. 150°C
Erläuterung:
•
3 Bimetall-Temperaturfühler
Technische Daten: Nennleistung bei U = 250 V und
f = 50-60 Hz
I = 2,5 A (cosφ = 1), l = 1,6 A (cosφ = 0,6)
•
3 PTC-Temperaturfühler (Kaltleiter)
Technische Daten : Nach DIN 44081 und DIN 44082.
Hinweis!
Es ist ein zusätzliches Auslösegerät erforderlich.
Anmerkung!
Bei Einphasen-Wechselstrommotoren oder Sondermotoren
ist eine abweichende Ausführung möglich.
11. Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Der Betreiber muss insbesondere sicherstellen, dass der Motor
nur bestimmungsgemäß verwendet, sowie nur in einwandfreiem,
funktionstüchtigem Zustand betrieben wird und besonders die
Sicherheitseinrichtungen regelmäßig auf ihre Funktionstüchtigkeit
überprüft werden.
Der Umgebungsdruck von 0,8 bis 1,1 bar bei normalem Sauerstoffgehalt
darf nicht überschritten werden.
Umbau, oder Veränderungen am Motor sind nicht zulässig.
Die Motoren entsprechen der auf dem Typenschild angegebenen
Temperatur usw.
Die bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung schließt mit ein:
•
Die Umgebungstemperatur liegt innerhalb der erlaubten Grenzwerte
-20°C bis + 40°C
•
For motors that are fitted with a frequency converter, comply with
the contents of the Operating Instructions issued by the frequency
converter manufacturer.
•
Connect the motor as shown in the circuit diagram provided in the
terminal box. If necessary, contact Dietz-motoren for advice.
•
Carefully tighten the terminals holding the mains supply cable with
the torque setting listed in the „Connection“ section.
•
The interior of the terminal box must be dry and free of dirt and dust.
•
Unused inlet openings or screw-in threads for cable fittings must be
sealed as specified for their protection class.
9. Anticondensation heater (optional)
The anticondensation heater must only be run when the motor
is switched off:
•
Read and comply with the „Connection“ section
•
Connect as shown in circuit diagram provided
10. Motor protection (optional)
The motor protection must be connected before the motor is started up.
The motor must have protection against overheating.
Overheating might be caused by blocking, overload, inadequate air-
cooling or two-phase operation, for example.
Details on the rating plate (example):

An extra motor protection switch is required.
Comment!
A different version is possible for single-phase AC motors or special
motors.
11. Intended use
In particular, the operator must ensure that the motor is only used as
intended, and is only run when fault-free and working properly. It is
essential that the operator arranges regular checks to ensure that the
safety equipment is working properly.
The ambient pressure of 0.8 to 1.1 bar must not be exceeded when a
normal oxygen level is present.
It is not permitted to convert or modify the motor.
The temperature etc. stated on the type plates apply for the motors.
Intended use includes:
•
An ambient temperature within the permitted limit values of -20°C
to +40°C
