Maintenance

refers to the routine tasks performed by the operator to keep

the cash dispenser operational.

•

Media

is a generic term that refers to any type of document (such as a bank

note, ticket, coupon, etc.) that is stored in the cassettes and dispensed from
the dispenser.

•

Module

refers to the major electro-mechanical devices that are installed in

the cash dispenser, such as displays, printers, and dispensers.

•

Operator

refers to a person who performs routine maintenance tasks, such

as replenishing supplies. An operator might also resolve certain problems,
such as removing paper jams.
