Tracing Dialogic

®

Diva

®

Information

The Diva tracing tool allows for detailed traces based on a user-specified filter. The trace can include TDM signalling
messages, TDM media messages, SIP messages, Diva Media Board messages, SIPcontrol message, and RTP
packet contents. You can export the trace log for offline analysis.

To set up Diva tracing, specify a debug level and configure the trace options.

Specifying a Debug Level

To specify a debug level for Diva SIPcontrol tracing, follow these steps:

1. Click SIPcontrol configuration on the left side of the main Diva SIPcontrol web interface page:

The SIPcontrol Configuration page appears.

2. In the System Settings section at the bottom of the page, set Debug level to Extended for a signaling-related

issue or basic for other issues unless otherwise specified by Dialogic support.
