C. BookDrop Backdoor equipped PC
The back door equipped with a PC
1. By opening the BookDrop backdoor (can be fully opened) all connections and
control functions on the PC are easily visible and accessible. Windows 7 embedded
OS, Team Viewer and the communication software between BookDrop and LMS
Host are installed.
2. The door can be locked with a key, and it is advisable to store this key in an easily
accessible place.
3. The PC is connected with three wires to the other parts of the BookDrop
installation. (See details of the Wiring Diagram at page 18). These 3 cables are used
for:
a. Connection cable for the power supply of the PC
b . Cable with RJ45 connector for communication with the LMS Host
c. Cable with USB connector for communication between the BookDrop
controller PCB and the PC.
