Users with "read" permission have no rights to acknowledge or to delete error
entries (chapter 5.4.6.1.3).

If an error is still pending or not acknowledged, it cannot be deleted.
If the entry " User Log " is selected on the left side of the Events Tab, a table
providing user activity data appears on the right side as shown in the next
screenshot.
The data is listed in the table line-by-line, i.e. each log entry carries a Date/Time
stamp (in the format: "
DDD DD MMM YYYY hh:mm:ss
", here e.g. "
Tue 07 Jun 2016 10:33:54
"). The
second column shows the User (here: "
ADMIN
"). The Log column reports the activity
(here e.g. "
Logged in from 192.168.0.148
").
The " User Log " panel comprises the button and the button:
With the button, the table is cleared (without confirmation!) and after
operating the button, a browser specific window pops up and suggests the
storage of the table as "
userlog.csv
". The file extension

indicates the file format: The file contains a line per log entry; each of the three
columns of a log entry is delimited by a semicolon ("

") character as the column
separator.
Note:

The Error Log and the User Log can be downloaded as text files via the
integrated FTP/FTPS-server (chapter 5.6).
