The following errors occur only on terminals (or if using cam controls of the LOCON 24, 48, 64
Series as a terminal).

213 Timeout accessing LCD-display Acknowledge the error. If the error occurs again, the unit

221 Incorrect data record on transmission

222 Checksum error on reception from
