Using the guide
Getting started
First, you’ll need to download and install the Desjardins Monetico app. You can find
it in the App Store (Apple) or Google Play store (Android).
The online control panel can be found at
desjardins-admin-en.moneticomobileplus.ca
Note: If you’re using an iPad, you’ll find the app in the “iPhone only” section—but don’t worry, the app
will still work fine on your tablet.
Logging in
Before you can use the Monetico app or online control panel, you’ll have to log in.
You’ll need the following information:

Your merchant ID (it starts with 0 and is 9 digits long)
- The username and password that were sent to you by email.
