8. Match round hole on bottom of center
crossover log (#7) with round peg on right
crossover log (#5). Rest front of log #7
on grate as shown in Figure 30. Center
crossover log (#7) must overlap grate and
rest against grate finger. Log must NOT
rest on burner.

9. Add lava rock and small decorative logs
around base of heater if desired.
DO NOT
place rock or additional logs on front
burner or on logs.
Placing any material
on unit other than ember material on front
burner may result in production of carbon
monoxide or soot. Use lava rock to hide
wires from switch/log to control valve. Place
switch/log so the switch is easy to access.
VCC Model Series
It is very important to install these logs exactly
as instructed. Do not modify logs. Only use
logs supplied with heater.
1. Place rear log (#1) on base assembly
as shown in Figure 32. Log will fit over
right end of burner and rest in middle of
U-burner.
