10. Maintenance
ATTENTION! Unplug the ignition coil before maintenance.
Good maintenance of your generator ensures safe, economical and smooth operation. Air pollution is
also reduced.
WARNING!
Turn off the generator prior to maintenance.
NOTICE
Use only original for replacement of defective or worn components in order to avoid damage
to the generator.

Attention: Maintenance marked with "X" has to been done by an authorized specialized service center.
1. Change engine oil
Drain old oil while engine is still warm. Warm oil drains quickly and completely.
Attention!
Remove the ignition key and ensure that the switch for activating “Remote Control” is on
position “OFF”.
a) Loosen the screw on the left side panelling and take off the cover.
b) Screw in the small outlet pipe.
c) Place an adequate container to catch the
old oil next to the generator.
d) Drain the oil completely.
e) Ensure that the generator is horizontal,
then fill recommended oil in up to the top
edge of the filling nozzle.
f) Replace left side panelling and tighten
fixing screw.
