Setting up
1. Slot the two poles into each
other and press the locking le-
ver down to secure the parasol
pole (1).
Note:
Make sure that the para-
sol pole (1) projects into the
lower pole (2) by at least 5cm
(Fig. A).
2.Place the item in a suitable
parasol stand (not included in
the package contents).
3.To open the parasol, push the
slider up, until you hear it click
into place.
4.To close the parasol, press the
button (1a) on the slider and
move it down slowly.
Note:
Be careful not to get your-
self trapped.
Dismantling
To dismantle the item, proceed as
follows:
1. Close the parasol and take the
pole out of the parasol stand.
2.Release the locking lever (2a)
to dismantle the poles.
3.Roll up the parasol and secure
it with the Velcro tape (Fig. B).
Storage, cleaning
Always keep the item dry and
clean in a temperature-controlled
room when not in use.
Clean the item with a damp cloth
and a mild detergent. Do not use
petrol, solvents or harsh deter-
gents. Dry the item when it is put
up and opened out.
Disposal
Dispose of the article and the pa-
ckaging materials in accordance
with current local regulations.
Packaging materials such as foil
bags are not suitable to be given
to children. Keep the packaging
materials out of the reach of
children.
