• There must be no open flames,
barbecues or patio heaters in
the vicinity of the item.
• Make sure that the item has
been completely stretched out
before you use it.
• Check the item for damage and
wear before each use.
• Check that all parts have been
assembled properly before each

strong winds, rain or snow.
• Under no circumstances may
the item be used as protection
from storms.
• Before opening and closing the
item make sure that there are no
persons or objects in the open-

from direct sunlight outdoors.
Adequate sun protection prod-
ucts must still be applied due to
reflective UV radiation.
Avoiding damage to
property!
• Close the item in freshening
winds or other adverse weather
conditions.
Secure the item with a strap
(not included with the package
contents) in addition, to prevent
unintentional opening.
• Protect the item during extreme
weather conditions, like e.g.,
strong winds.
Store the item in a sheltered
area.
• Do not leave the parasol unat-
tended when it is put up.
• Make sure that the item is
standing on a stable, even
surface in a suitable balcony
parasol stand.
The stand used must be suitable
for a parasol of this size. It must
be at least 25kg in weight,
so that the parasol is firm and
secure.

minimum insertion depth for the
umbrella.
• Do not make any modifications
