r…r = total amount of rainfall in the unit of meas-
urement set in the instrument (mm or inches)

The instrument with address 0 has recorded 48
emptying of the tipping bucket and the total
amount of rainfall is 9.6 mm or inches depending
on the set unit.
Note: after reaching 99999.99, the total rainfall
counter restarts from zero.
