Delta Lighting Controller (GE Lighting) DLC-G1212 (Rev 1.3) Installation & Application Guide

Indicators

LED

Function

Description

Scan

CPU Scan Indicator

Due to memory expansion on this model the LED
no longer indicates the CPU scan rate.

Power

CPU Power Indicator

This amber LED turns on to indicate that the
controller has 24 VAC applied.  If no Control
Power transformer is connected, the LED will be
off.

Network
(NET1)

RS-485 Communication Status
Indicators for NET1 (the main LAN
connection)

A Green LED flashes to indicate when the device
is transmitting out the associated port, and a red
LED flashes to indicate when the device is
receiving data through the port.

Network
(NET2)

RS-485 Communication Status
Indicators for NET2 (LINKnet)

A Green LED flashes to indicate when the device
is transmitting out the associated port, and a red
LED flashes to indicate when the device is
receiving data through the port.

Inputs
(IP1 - IP12)

Input Status Indicators

A corresponding red LED flickers when the
associated binary input is in the active state.

Sweep Output
(OP13)

Sweep Output Signal Indicators

A corresponding green LED will turn on
momentarily to match the ON or OFF signal of the
Sweep Output (for spooling to the next controller).

Outputs
(OP1 – OP12)

Output Relay Status Indicators

A corresponding red LED is on or off to match the
binary feedback status of its associated GE relay,
which is only applicable for 4-wire and 5-wire
relays (which have status feedback).

Controller Address DIP Switches

Each individual DIP switch represents a unique value, which forms the device address when added together.

Jumpers

Dry Contact

Voltage
(0/10) DC

INPUT SIGNAL TYPE

The input type is selected by placing the jumper in the correct location on
the Input Type Selector Block.  The diagram to the left shows the factory
default selection of Dry Contact

Dry Contact   For Dry Contact binary inputs.

10VDC          For sensors that use a 0 or 10 VDC binary signal.
