BLINKING
The hot water spout is not inserted, or is
inserted incorrectly.
Attach the water spout securely, pushing fully
home.
BLINKING
The milk container is not inserted
correctly.
Position the milk container securely, pushing
fully home.
The milk container has been inserted
with the froth adjustment dial in the
CLEAN position.
Turn the froth adjustment dial to one of the milk
froth selection positions.
BLINKING
The grinding is too fine and the coffee is
delivered too slowly or not at all.
Repeat coffee delivery and turn the grinding
adjustment dial (A5) (fig. 8) one click clockwise
towards 7 while the coffee mill is in operation. If
after making at least 2 coffees delivery is still too
slow, repeat the correction procedure, turning
the grinding adjustment dial another click until
delivery is correct (see section: "13.1 Adjusting
the coffee mill"). If the problem persists, attach
the hot water spout and release a little water
until the flow is steady and uniform, pressing
ESC
(B14).
If the water softener filter (C4) is present,
an air bubble may have been released in-
side the circuit, obstructing delivery

The pre-ground coffee used is too fine, so
that the coffee is delivered too slowly or
not at all
Make the coffee again using less pre-ground cof-
fee, or a different type of coffee. If the problem

form, pressing
ESC
(B14).
