Ensure that the wireless charging function of the mobile
device works properly, and that the mobile device is
correctly placed on the center of the charging area.
•
Ensure that there is no other object between the
smartphone or mobile device and the charging area.
•
Wireless charging may not function near devices that emit
strong electromagnetive energy (like a microwave oven or
radio transmitter). Turn off these diveces and try again.
