Removing the Hard Drive

Follow the procedures in

Before Working Inside Your Computer

Remove the

cover

Remove the data cable and power cable from the back of the hard drive.

Press the hard-drive bracket latch towards the hard drive and lift it upward.

Flex the hard-drive bracket and then remove the single 3.5 inch hard drive or two 2.5

inch hard drives from the bracket.
