About this task

The following images indicate the location of the power button and provides a visual representation of the removal procedure.

Steps

1. Lay the computer on the right side.
2. Disconnect the power-button cable from the system board.
3. Press the release tabs on the power-button module and push the power-button module out of the chassis.
4. Lift the power-button module, along with its cable, from the chassis.
