Remove the screw (M2x3) that secures the power-adapter port bracket to the palm-rest assembly.

2  Slide the power-adapter port bracket off the palm-rest assembly.
3  Lift both power-adapter ports off the palm-rest assembly to uncross the cables.
4  Disconnect the right power-adapter port cable from the system board.
