Cause

Effect

Solution

AL01 Evaporator probe malfunction

for more than 30 seonds

“AL01-Faulty evaporator probe” appears and the

buzzer sounds - Blocking all current or future

defrosting operations

Replace the probe or exclude it

changing the parameter “/5”

AL02 Product probe malfunction

for more than 30 seconds

“AL02-Faulty product 1(2) probe” appears and

the buzzer sounds.  This inhibits chilling by

temperature.

Replace the probe or exclude

the faulty product probe with

the parameters /9 or /12

AL03 Cabinet probe malfunction

for more than 30 seconds

“AL03-Faulty cabinet probe” appears and buzzer

After an automatic verification of 15 minutes,

the chilling will continue or will stop if the door

opening does not allow the cooling.

Close the door or replace micro

door

AL06 Magnetothermic oil pressure

input active for more than 5

seconds

“AL06-Magnetothermal-Oil Press” appears and

the buzzer sounds. This inhibits of all functions,

except the alarm silencing

Restore the magnetothermic

switch if intervened on and

check the oil pressure switch

AL07 Minimum pressure switch

input active for more than 5

seconds

“AL07-Minimum pressure” appears and the

buzzer sounds. This inhibits of all functions,

except the alarm silencing

Check for gas charge leaekage

and restart the machine

AL08 Compressor kriwan alarm

input active for more than 5

seconds and 3 times in the

same cycle

for the first 2 alarms, “Kriwan” appears and the

compressor will be blocked. The third alarm,

“AL08-Kriwan Compressor” will appear and the

buzzer sounds. This inhibits of all functions,

except the alarm silencing

Check the room for proper

ventalation and the condensor

is clean. Restart the machine.

If it occurs again, check the

operation of the compressor

for more than 5 seconds

“AL09-Replace Fuse” appears and the buzzer

sounds.

Replace the fuse and restart

the unit

AL11 Storage temperature alarm

“AL11-Overtemperature” appears and the

buzzer sounds. Alarm registration on HACCP

archive

Check the door seal integrity or

closing mechanism

AL12 Blackout for a time longer

than parameter “uL”

“AL12-Blackout duration 00 hh 00” appears and

the buzzer sounds. Alarm registration on HACCP

archive

Reset the alarm by pressing the

alarm silencing key

AL13 Compressor preventive

maintenance, excess of work

hours defined by the CCA

parameter

“S TEL 0000000000000” appears

alternating with the read values and the buzzer

sounds.

Reset the alarm by pressing the

alarm silencing key

AL14 Duration of the chilling by

temperature longer than the

defined limit

The time will flash on the display - Registration

of alarms on the HACCP

Reset the alarm by pressing the

alarm silencing key

AL15 Connection failure between

the interface and the power

board

Keys and relays will be disabled and ignored.

Machine goes into stand-by mode.

Reconnect the boards, restart

the machine and reset the

alarm

AL16 Higher pressure than the

parameter “uH” for more than

5 seconds or active ON/OFF

“AL16-Maximum pressure” appears and the

buzzer sounds. This inhibits of all functions,

except the alarm silencing

Check the room for proper

ventalation and the condensor

is clean. Restart the machine.
