4.3 Detection of In-phase Condition
The external conductor (or conductor) of each device has to be tested. After a function
test in accordance with 4.2, the
yellow light
is illuminated permanently.

Contact the test electrode/contact electrode of the phase comparator with the blank
external conductor
L1 of System 1
. The device registers the present operating voltage
and stability of frequency and files the data.
The test electrode/contact electrode has to contact the external conductor until the
yellow light
is blinking.
The blank external conductor
L1 of system 2
has to be contacted with the test
electrode/contact electrode of the phase comparator within 12 seconds (see Test
Scheme 4.3 and Fig. 4.3).
