4.2 Function Test and Availability

Press the red switch button at the indicator and keep it pressed until

the

yellow

and

green

light is illuminated

the

green

light switches to

red

and

the

red

light is switched off.

As soon as the red light is off, release the button. The yellow light is illuminated

permanently and indicates availability.

During this test cycle, the electronics are tested as well as the lights and the state of

the battery (see Fig. 4.2).

Note:

A device, which is ready for operation, has always one of the three visual indications

illuminated.

The device is ready for operation for 2 minutes and is switched off automatically, if

no phase comparison is carried out.
