In this case (Fig. 5c), the equipotential bonding connection element is installed at a distance of 120 cm
(measured from the connection element) and is connected to the equipotential bonding system. To this
end,
the outer grey sheath of the
HVI
light Conductor
must be removed so that the equipotential
bonding connection element contacts the black sheath underneath it. This black sheath may not be
damaged. The equipotential bonding connection element must be connected to the equipotential
bonding system of the
building by means of a conductor with a cross section of ≥ 4 mm² Cu or
equivalent.
The equivalent separation distance is „s“ ≤ 45 cm (in air).
