Assembly of modules
ATTENTION!
After assembling the modules and finishing or interrupting the assembly work, the module surface
must be moved to and secured in horizontal (SAFE) position.
For the fastening of solar modules, DEGER supplies the aluminum profiles and standard fastening materials.
Specific fastening materials, which may possibly be prescribed by the module manufacturer, and the
necessary information are not part of the scope of delivery from DEGER. The permissible fastening of the
modules must be clarified with the module manufacturer beforehand.
Please note
-
Please check whether aluminum profiles have been mounted as per 6.2 in these instructions (equal
projection on both sides).
-
Arrange the modules symmetrically to the centre of gravity = middle of base frame.
-
The centre of gravity of the module surface is not the centre of gravity of the mast, but is above the slewing
bolt.

ATTENTION!
No cordless power screwdriver must be used for assembling the modules!
Excessive tightening of the bolt connections could damage the modules.
ATTENTION!
The distance between the modules must not exceed the thickness of the bolts!
In order to avoid expansion stress we recommend maintaining a 6 mm gap between the individual
modules.
