Mounting to the mast
WARNING!
Danger of injury by heavy parts!
When assembling the DEGERtracker, heavy parts can cause serious hand injuries.
Do not grasp between mast flange and rotating head.
Wear safety gloves.
1.
Lift the base frame with a crane above the mast.
A 4-strand lifting tackle of 6m length and a load bearing capacity of 1500 kg under an angle of 45° must be used.
2.
Carefully lower the rotating head on to the mast flange.
The gear must not be exposed to any
hard impact.
3.
The rotating head must be aligned in such a way, that
t
he receptacle for EMO points (+/-20°) to the North.
4.
Fasten the rotating head by turning 18 bolts M16x75
with one washer each into the mast flange from
underneath.
5.
Tighten the bolts crosswise to avoid warping of the gearbox!
Tightening torque: 200 Nm
