7. PARTS GUIDE FOR THE SUPER CASCADE FILTER SYSTEM
Use the above drawing, Exploded Diagram of a Super Cascade Filter, to identify parts found on your
Super Cascade Filter System. Item numbers listed in the parts lists correspond to items numbered in
the above drawing. Not every part is listed or shown on the drawing or in the parts lists. Some Super
Cascade Filter configurations may not use all of the parts shown in the drawing. Both filter medium
configurations are shown above – Filter Paper and Magnum Filter Leaf assemblies. The Magnum
Filter Leaf system is used in certain models of the 2424-SCF only. All other Super Cascade Filter
systems use filter paper as a filtering medium. A parts list for the Heater Retrofit Kit # 44760-1SK is
included at the end of this chapter. An exploded drawing and associated parts list for the Magnum
Filter Leaf Kit is provided on page 18. Both the 44760-1SK and the 2668 are options used with the
2424-SCF only.
