After turn Straight Head downside

coat the lubricant up and down of rims as shown in 

Picture 13-A and coat the lubricant to tires as shown in Picture 13-B.

Put the tire on the wheel as shown in Picture 13-B. The Straight Head should be about 4-
5mm to the rim and its Straight Head touches the tires as shown in Picture 13-B.
