Turn the vehicle on its side.

Slide a

10 a washer onto the steering column from the straight end, insert a split pin and bend
the ends of the split pin back using a pair of paliers (PIC6-1).

Insert the straight end of steering column through the hole in the vehicle body.

Insert the bent end into the hole in the front axle, secure it with a split pin and a

Use a screwdriver to remove the
battery cover and insert two dry(AA)
batteries, replace the battery cover.
NOTE: The product does not
include AA(LR6)alkaline batteries.
The steering column
should match with
the direction gear box

Turn the vehicle on its side.

Insert the straight end of steering shaft through the hole in the vehicle body. And make the
steering shaft match with the steering gear box(PIC4-1).
