5. TROUBLE SHOOTING
Problem Possible Cause Solution
T h e d i e s e l
engine does
not start
Fuel oil is not enough Add fuel oil
The switch is not at ‘ON’
position
Turn it to ‘ON’ position
The high pressure pump and
oil nozzle can not inject oil or
the oil amount is not enough
Remove the oil nozzle out and
repair it at test table
The control lever of speed is
not at ‘RUN’ position Put the control level to ‘RUN’
position
Check the level of lubricant
The specified oil level should
be between upper level ‘H’
and lower level ‘L’
The speed and force to pull
the recoil starter
