7 Appendix B

To install the Digital Audio AES output option:

1. Remove the FMBM cover screws (10 places) as shown below:

2. Insert the AES card into the J15 socket

3. Secure the card with the 4 screws provided with the AES card
4. Re-install the FMBM cover
5. Remove the “Not Installed” sticker located above the Mini XLR connector on the rear

panel.
