ONFIGURATION
BINARY INPUTS:
There are 3 binary inputs 5-48 VDC available for customer specific needs: A, B, S, T and U&V.
The inputs are isolated through galvanic opto-couplers.
BINARY OUTPUTS:
Digital Outputs:
There are 7 digital npn-Open-Collector outputs available: G,
H, J, K, N, P, and R.
The 'open collector' output is the unconnected Collector of an
NPN transistor, made available to the external circuitry that
switches to ground when active. This type of output can be
used with a pull-up resistor to translate a logic level from one
voltage to another or to drive bulbs, relays etc, that have a
positive voltage on one terminal and require a switch to
ground for activation.
All of them are software configurable. Connect the POWER
OUT and the Digital out as shown in the picture. The 24V can
be supplied by the internal power source (pin C, max 500mA)
or an external power source. In this case connect the pin D to
ground.
Note: when using output A1, A2, A3 protect the I/O connecting
the POWER OUT B (I/O PIN F) to the VDC. When using
output A4, B1, B2, B3 protect the I/O connecting the POWER
OUT A (I/O PIN E) to the VDC.
Relays
:
There is a dry contact (L and M) to switch higher loads which can be controlled via software.
Max. Voltage switch 50V (DC/AC)
Max. Current switch 3A
Max. Power switch 60W, 120 VA
