Programs
Overview
This section provides instructions and examples for creating a program for Ahiba
IR Pro. Keep in mind the following:
•
You must be logged in as administrator or have been given access by
the administrator to access this function.
•
The local memory can accommodate up to 99 programs.
•
Programs can have alpha-numeric program names of up to 19
characters or a
default
name will be assigned.
•
A program can include up to a maximum of 15 steps.
•
A step is defined a temperature, gradient, time, rotation speed, reverse
rotation, and process HOLD
A process HOLD is generally used when the program requires operator
intervention. A hold can be included as a program step, or can be inserted
manually at run time.

When entering data for a program, all entries are checked against the following
limits to ensure they are within the operating range of the machine:
