5 Troubleshooting
If you do not find an answer for your problem here, use the
www.dataapex.com website where the Support menu will allow you to
navigate through the frequently asked questions (FAQ), the

helpdesk.
5.1 Locate your problem
When troubles occur, the fastest way to find a solution is to search for it in
the following index via the
Dialog
(window), in which the problem
occurred,
Error Messages
that appear or according to the
Hardware
used. The name of the window/dialog is visible in its header.
Note:
Names of individual
Clarity Instruments
appear in the header instead of
the common term “Instrument”.
