Suggested Temperature: 400ºF
Suggested Time: 10 min
Combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, eggs, salt, garlic powder,
onion powder, Cajun seasoning, dill and parsley in bowl and
mix thoroughly. Form into 2” balls and flatten into round discs.
Spray Air Fryer with nonstick spray. Place 2-3 in Air Fryer at one
time, in one layer, and fry for 10 minutes. Combine Sriracha and
mayonnaise and stir to combine. Serve crab cakes with spicy
mayo and lemon wedges, if desired.

8oz lump crab meat, cooked
½ cup unsalted, plain breadcrumbs
2 eggs
1 tsp kosher salt
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
½ tsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp dill, minced
1 tsp parsley, minced
Spicy Mayo
1 Tbsp Sriracha
3 Tbsp mayonnaise
