LIMITED WARRANTY
Dash Express Navigation Hardware Device (“Product”)
One year Free Parts and Labor
Who is covered?
An original or copy of a sales receipt from the original sales
retailer is required for warranty service. Online sales auction
confirmations are NOT accepted for warranty verification.
What is covered?
Dash Navigation, Inc. (“Dash”) warrants that the Product will
be free from defects in workmanship and materials under nor-
mal use for a period of one year from the original purchase
date. During such one year warranty period, the Product will
be replaced without charge to you for either parts or labor. This
limited warranty covers the replacement of the Product only.
Replacement Products may be new, factory reconditioned, re-
furbished, re-manufactured or functionally equivalent and will
be furnished only on an exchange basis. Replacement Prod-
ucts are warranted as above for the remainder of the original
applicable Product warranty period.
If the Product is repaired after the warranty period has expired,
the warranty period for the repair will expire six (6) months after
the date of repair. After one year from the date of the original
Product purchase, you will be required to pay for the replace-
ment of all parts, and for all labor and shipping charges.

Please note that removing the cover of the Product for any rea-
son voids the warranty.
How to make a warranty claim
You must contact customer support at 877-500-3274, during
the warranty period to explain the defect and to obtain an RMA
number (Return Materials Authorization) if necessary. You must
return the Product during the warranty period, along with an
explanation of the defect, to the address provided to you by
customer support.

BY DASH HEREUNDER. Certain jurisdictions do not permit
the disclaimer of certain warranties, so this limitation may not
apply to you.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
NEITHER DASH NOR ITS SUPPLIERS SHALL BE LIABLE TO
YOU OR TO ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCI-
DENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAM-
AGES (INCLUDING IN EACH CASE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO,
DAMAGES FOR THE INABILITY TO USE THE EQUIPMENT OR
ACCESS DATA, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS
OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR THE LIKE) ARIS-
ING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PROD-

to certain limited license rights. The license and other software
specific terms regarding your use of any software embedded
in the Product, including, without limitation, warranties with
