Commissioning

Start up procedures:

1. Make sure the dehumidifier is disconnected from the power supply source and that its main
switch is in OFF position.

2. Open the dehumidifier service panels and make sure there are no foreign matters inside
the dehumidifier.

3. Make sure all air throttles are opened and that channels are clean and not blocked.

4. Make sure that air filters are installed and clean.

5. Manually turn the fans impellers and make sure they rotate freely.

6. Check the internal fuse.

7. Close the service panels and connect the dehumidifier to 230V power supply.

8. For the dehumidifier to operate in manual mode turn the switch to I (MAN) position.

9. For the dehumidifier to operate in automatic mode turn the switch to II ( AUTO) position.
The indication on the controller will light up: upper line – current relative humidity, bottom line

- set relative humidity. Using ◄►,

,

▼

buttons set the required RH value, when doing so

«5d» should be displayed in the upper line, the bottom line should display the value being
set. Then set the humidity change value (relative to the set value) at which the dehumidifier
will turn on to maintain the set humidity level (in the upper line of the display «SHС» will be
displayed, in the bottom line the humidity change value will be displayed (delta).

10. To turn the dehumidifier off set the switch to OFF position (middle position).

11.  After turning off the dehumidifier fans can continue operation for some time till the
adsorption rotor cools down to the required temperature.
