Fixing the duct air sensor
Having connected the duct air sensor, it can be fixed to the
unit by means of the enclosed cable bearers.
Mounting the condensate hose
The ventilation unit has to be fitted with a 1/2" drain socket for condensate water. An insulated drain hose
is fitted to the socket. Secure the drain hose by means of a clip. If the water hose is exposed to frost, it is
important to insulate it to avoid freezing up. Finally the water hose is led to a drain. Do not lead it to a
gutter, where there will be a risk of freezing over. The drain hose has to be fitted with a trap to avoid false
air from being drawn in through the drain hose. Min. height of the water trap is 80 mm. Before the
ventilation unit is put into service and after long periods of standstill the water trap must be filled with
water.
