12.10.48 Fault 11 - Output phase supervision, Subcode S3 - Additional open loop control output
phase fault during start DC brake
Cause
The measurement of current tells that there is no current in 1 motor phase.
It is possible to set different responses in the application for this fault. See parameter group Protections.
Troubleshooting
Do a check of the motor cable and the motor.

Cause
The measurement of current tells that there is no current in 1 motor phase.

Troubleshooting
Do a check of the motor cable and the motor.
12.10.50 Fault 12 - Brake chopper supervision
Cause
• There is no brake resistor.
• The brake resistor is broken.
• A defective brake chopper.
Troubleshooting
• Do a check of the brake resistor and the cabling.
• If they are in good condition, there is a fault in the resistor or the brake chopper. Ask instructions from the local distributor.
12.10.51 Fault 13 - AC drive undertemperature
Cause
Too low a temperature in the heat sink of the power unit or in the power board. The heat sink temperature is below -10 °C (14 °F).
Troubleshooting
Add an external heater near the AC drive.
